How do I purchase items:

You can make a purchase on our website or comment SOLD on our Instagram post, following a DM to us. An invoice for payment will be sent following the confirmation of sale via Instagram. You will be able to pay for your instagram order via credit card payments or thru PayPal.

 

What is the quality of the items you sell?

It is our goal to offer items in excellent condition. Some items are Brand New With Tags (BNWT) others have been worn and looked after. Connie has a rating system which is noted under each style. Styles are either one of the following: BTWT, Excellent, Fair.

 

What sizes do you offer?

We aim to offer a range of sizes from 6-14. If you are unclear on international sizes please check out our size guide or contact Connie and we can help you out.

 

What if I don’t know what international size I am?

Don’t worry we are here to help. Email you size query to us and we will let you know.

 

How long do you consign for?

8 weeks

 

What are your return policies? 

All RESALE sales are final.

New sale purchases can be exchanged or a credit note issued within 14 days of purchase.  No refunds will be offered unless the item is deemed faulty.

 

What postal service do you use?

Australia Post - Domestic & International

 

Do you list all of the clothes on your website and Instagram account?

 No, we curate an online collection that is frequently updated. All items are merchandised in store.

 

When can I expect payment for sold items?

Payments are made on a monthly cycle.
